Lathika Pai is the Founder, SonderConnect , a platform that was created in 2015 to help empower women founders in 2016. SonderConnect has worked with 165 SonderFellows from 8 countries. 33 of them have raised $100M+ and 125+ continue to be in business. The goal of SonderConnect is to scale to work with a 1000 Women owned businesss by 2030 to get them to $1M each in revenue – thereby creating a Billion $ platform!
Lathika was the Managing Director, for the Middle East, North Africa and S E Asia region for Microsoft for Start Ups. During this time, she ran several successful programs like the “Highway to a 100 Unicorns”, “Project Amplify” to help early stage start ups scale and reach.
She has been a successful entrepreneur building and scaling businesses, raising venture capital and venture debt. She has also been through the trials and tribulations of a failed start up and hence understands the challenges that entrepreneurs face on a daily basis.
She has lived and worked in the US, UK and India.
Currently she serves on the Board of several organisations, that include TiE Delhi NCR, Kalaari CXXO, and as an Independent Director at DCX Systems.
Lathika loves the outdoors – trekking and golfing are her two passions. She recently went on the Mardi Himal Trek which was higher than the Annapurna Base Camp at a height of 4200m.
