With over 15 years of experience spanning project management, sustainability, education, and entrepreneurship, Supriya’s career reflects a dedication to building connections and cultivating change. As the Founder and CEO of The Future Founders Co. (FFC), Supriya has led transformative projects that reach across borders, partnering with institutions in Asia, Europe, and India. Through FFC, she has created a platform that fosters collaboration among students to learn, adapt and tackle sustainability challenges with actionable outcomes.

Supriya’s broad experience as a generalist enables her to approach her work with a versatile mindset, drawing on skills in strategic program development, partnership building, and practical problem-solving. From guiding young innovators as a mentor at UNLEASH Plus, where participants from over 50 countries bring forward solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, to advising on sustainability-focused programs in Europe, her impact is truly global. In India, her initial work with the Udhyam Learning Foundation in India promotes entrepreneurial skills among nearly two million students across twelve states, embedding the entrepreneurial mindset as an essential life skill in educational programs.

Aniruddh Balasubramaniam is the founder and CEO of Numberless, a company working to reduce the dependence of our digital life on phone numbers and other sensitive personal identifiers. Numberless operates the communication platform “Port, by numberless”. It is an authenticated communication platform that doesn’t use phone numbers or any public identifiers. Aniruddh is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Science having graduated from the Bachelor of Science (Research) program in 2020 majoring in Mathematics.

Mayank is a dynamic entrepreneur and sustainability advocate with an M.Sc. in Food Production Management from the University of Nottingham. As the founder of Gud Gum, a biodegradable, plastic-free chewing gum brand, he has championed sustainable practices, even securing a deal on Shark Tank India. Beyond his business, Mayank mentors and speaks at events like TEDx and industry panels, inspiring future innovators. I have over five years of experience building production-grade software for Amazon customers, successfully leading tech teams, and developing innovative technologies from the ground up. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston, US. As a go-getter eager to learn, I aim to make meaningful contributions to society through my work. My entrepreneurial journey began with the creation of Frippi, an event discovery platform that recommends activities in local neighborhoods. This venture reflects my passion for blending technology with community engagement. Frippi aims to enhance users' social experiences by providing personalized recommendations and fostering opportunities to connect with others.
